Actually I found your post with the picture. The unit you picture is a Vestil like mine. I am VERY happy with it on my flatbed trailer.

I just make sure I park on a level surface and/or place barn jacks under the trailer to level. I have never had any problems with it pivoting and/or handling 550 lbs.
