They said they were "building a Monster Truck with it but the project was abandoned".
Translation - "We started welding stuff to this here old army truck but found us a sweet '84 silverado already on tractor tires so we decided to go with that instead".
Sorry.. I have friends who are into Mud racing (we all hang out with the Anderson boys "Grave Digger associated") so I enjoy poking fun at the guys who think a stick welder, black iron pipe, and tractor tires = a performance vehicle.
