68 W300 wheels

I need a 16" spare wheel, single rears. Budd 64540. Kinda hard to find! Will the Kaiser M715 wheels fit?
I know they are different as far as appearance with 6 "handholds" as opposed to my 3 handhold wheels, but am only looking to have a spare in case of a flat.
