I have a 46 WDX that I did a 4 wheel disc brake conversion on a couple of years back. 218 flat head six running through the original 4 speed (crash box) tranny into 4.89 equipped axels. I tried using the dual reservoir master cylinder that Ken used (see Ken & Linda's Power Wagon page). Maybe I didn't bleed the brakes enough times, though I went through it 3 or 4 times, but I just didn't get a satisfactory brake pedal. I went back to the original single bore master cylinder, bleed the brakes real good and I have a good pedal. Keep in mind, as I've stated, I'm running a 218 flat head, not a 318 poly block, a 4BT Cummins, or some other engine.
