Thank you all for your feed back.
As you all mentioned the use of the military M101 type trailers can be used as a "tip-dump".
As a matter of fact i had an M101-A2 from 1990.
LOVED IT!!!..... Sold it :(
I did convert it to dump, and yes you are right the A-frame tongue does connect to the frame at an angle so things do twist a little.
This was a concern but in the end never cause any trouble.
I bought this to move huge amounts of dirt and debris from my yard when re-landscaping.
in the end i moved 50 thousand pounds (4k lbs. at a time) in a trailer that was rated for 3/4 ton. : ) got to love military grade stuff.
Towed like a dream, shocks, big BFG tires on 16" rims, hydraulic surge brakes (that really worked well).
The only downfalls were, that when dumping sometimes i had to use a hi-lift jack to separate or start the tip over, and it does not fully dump especially the heavy dirt so i had to pull the dirt down with rakes and shovels then move forward and do it a gain.
This is why i am thinking about a full hydraulic dump setup for my next one.
Thanks again for your advice.
John
