I believe that parts with the six spline end are available too. Probably only purists would want to pay the extra. And slip limiting collar that keeps the yoke on the winch when the shear pin shears.
And if you do put one of these together, the yoke at the winch gets drilled and tapped for a zerk fitting. No, it's not supposed to be a set screw. It's there to keep the yoke from rusting to the shaft and subverting the shear pin.
