Saw this in some diesel mag, specifically the 630T. Looks like its based on the 3 liter VM being used in the Jeeps and new Ram. Biggest problem I see is the transfer case is driver's side drop. The price probably isn't very friendly either, but it would probably make a very nice swap donor.
