The WM300s were just numbered as they were built so two 1968 WM300s built a few days apart could be thousands apart in sequential serial number.

Dodge ended the one serial number per line method in 1957. Everything after that is just 1 out of the total production of all trucks. There is no way to count from the starting sequential number and know what number WM300 you have. Only what number truck you have from that year.
