I have a few nice matched sets of doors for WDX-WM300 and they fit 1941-1947 civilian trucks. Real nice and straight, rust free, no big stress cracks around the lower hinges. All of them came off of low mileage Colorado trucks.
I am thinking about selling them. I am wondering what you guys think a nice door would be worth (price) per door or for a matched set? I would like to sell them in matched sets.
I have parted out close to 30 trucks over the last 8 years or so. I was saving the best of the best for myself. For future project trucks, but might not ever get around to using them, I am thinking about selling them now. Kind of unsure what to ask? Looking for ideas and your thoughts?
I have sold a lot of doors on eBay, with a small dent here or there, and maybe a pin hole of rust rust or no rust, and a crack in the lower hinge for around $200-300 depending on exact condition.
I sold a real nice set doors to a guy in KY two summers ago and he gave me $400 per door (plus shipping) and was happy to get them. I sold another nice set to a guy in TN that same summer for the same price and he told me twice how happy he was to get his hands on doors that nice!
Wondering if you guys think there is still a market at that price for a nice nice set of doors?
