When I was a kid I had a 70 ford F100 with a 6cyl, 300. After a half a** rebuild while beating the snot out of it my oil pressure dropped to zero. The oil pump sucked up a piece of old valve seal and jammed the pump snapping off the oil pump drive shaft.
Also what could have happened is, you cleaned out all the gunk that was sealing internal leaks. Do you have oil pressure again while its cold?
