Town Panel Filler Neck Hose...

I've got a 1964 D100 Panel Truck that has the rear fuel tank with the filler neck that comes out right above the rear bumper and it is need of a new filler hose. Does anyone make a reproduction rubber hose that connects the filler neck to the tank?
