Don't sweat the incorrect 1947 year on the title so long as the 81757446 VIN number is correct on the title, unless there is a compelling reason to get the year correct, such as lower DMV annual registration fees for vehicles earlier than, say, 1945. I corrected the model year mostly to direct you to the proper manuals for your Dodge, now ID'd as a WC-51. It might be a 1944 based on the VIN, but I do not have access to VINs by calendar year for your truck.
It also might have been built at the factory using a 12 volt instead of 6 volt electrical system. If the battery is in the engine compartment just ahead of the steering gear box, it is 6 volts. If the battery is in the body compartment just behind the passenger entry, it is 12 volts.
