Hi Jim:

Even though your WC-51 may now be titled as a 1947 vehicle, it was built for the U.S. Gov't from 1942 to 1945. For general operating and tune-up information, get a reprinted copy of military manual TM9-808 (January 1944) titled "3/4-Ton 4X4 Dodge Truck." For detailed drive train information, get a reprinted copy of TM9-1808B (November 1943) titled "Power Train Chassis and body Basics for 3/4 ton 4X4 and 1-1/2 ton 6X6 (Dodge)". Have fun with your new truck!
