Justin, the quickest way is to look at the pedals. 58 pedals come thru the floor, 59 was the first year to have suspended pedals. If it has an aluminum grill it's a 60. As for value it's like everything else it's only worth what someone will give you. I restored a 59 W-200 for around $6000 but that was for a frame,bed,rearend,wheels and tires, not to mention paint,other parts etc. Most mechanical parts are available from NAPA. As for the truck it's self they are a blast to drive and most people haven't seem one because so few were built. Good luck and hope you join the rest of us Power Giant fans!
