to give you an idea of how common diesels are in Europe and how important they are to sales Honda has recently inhed a deal with General Motors .GM's diesel division would provide diesel engines to Honda for sales in Europe.
Europe is the one part of the world that they dont have a strong presence in , because they have no diesel expeerience. General Motors Iszu ( I know that is spelled wrong ) is the worlds largest diesel manufacturer .
GM stands to get honda v6's for their mid size platforms.
For Honda to get in Bed with Gm diesels must be important and necessary in that part of the world.
