They are totally different animals though.
Driving a half ton is pretty much like driving a car, but a 3/4 ton is very much a truck, especially the WC 53 with the extra wheelbase (and 300lbs of winch on mine).
I like all my Dodges and I try to buy the ones that I think look the best (WC 56, WC 53, VC 3) but I have a developing preference for the earlier and lighter units as I just don't have the need for big heavy lumps of stuff - I've got the F!"d / Marmon-Herrington for that (delivered this weekend and broken already - that'll teach me) and a GMC 6 x 6 on the way....
