m37 right side rear view mirror

I saw a M37 with a mirrow on the left side that was bolted on near the upper door hindge. Did the m37 have an original right hand rear view mirrow or was this on a home brew. If not, where can I get one if
which includes a bracket, arm, and mirrow.?
