You need to go to the link below and identify the type of truck a bit better - it could be an open cab pickup or a Command Recon from your descr1ption.

I'm not the one to put a value on it, but the ones that come up for sale in the US are usually either hacked about or missing some of the specific parts, so if you have a Command Car with only the beck lid, bows, and canvas missing it's 'fairly desirable' and would probably have an asking price of 2-3K US if it's as good as you suggest, that's assuming it would rool and start with a little work.
