Never owned one but seen a few up close. Swivel frames being in a kit form fits with what little I have heard about them. The ad says "Truckstell-Willock" did one buy out the other, or same company. so far no one has been able to say in the prievious post. I know of at least 3 that were converted at a Lake City florida machine shop for the forestry service. 2 might still be in Jacksonville the third I have not heard of in some time.
