Try Steve Wataha at Steve's Auto Repair in Rock Springs, WY at 307-382-4260. Steve builds the best Dodge flathead 6's you can get. He has over 30 years experience with them. I believe he may have a spare 251 or 265 engine. He also restores Power Wagons to like new condition.
