41 power wagon

does this sound like it would be worth me taking a look at? what do you guys think about the engine in it?

1941 Dodge Power Wagon
Miltary/Suburban, Buick 8 Cylinder, Nailhead, needs work, running, $2500.

if i take a look at it aer there any specific things i should look for?
