I had to replace the frame in my 79 PW.(I know it's not a true Power Wagon but I love it just the same) Set the bare replacement frame up with an engine stand on each end in my driveway. Local sandblaster was quite pleased. He was able to spin the frame and really did a great job. Made it easy to degrease prior to blasting and also painting afterwards was easier. I used Rustoleum zinc primer with their flat black for a top coat. Not exactly a show paint job but it has held up very well for my daily driver. I think the cost of the blast job was around $200.00, but that was six or seven years ago and I'm not positive. Learned a long time ago not to keep track of the cost. Hope this helps.
