Your 57' W300M PW should have the PTO with front and rear output shafts and should be reversable in rotation. When I found my second 64'WM300 PW, it had a steel flatbed with a 20,000lb PTO braden winch mounted behind the cab. It did not have a jin pole but the brackets were there. I don't know how common this setup was but it was not uncommon or rare.
