S/N shows it's a 1948 B1B Pilothouse. The second B indicates its a 1/2 ton with 108 inch wheelbase. Made in Detroit. Should have a 218 flathead. Seen them going from $500 to $8000. One resource is www.pilothouse.homestead.com also www.pilot-house.com.
