If you have a WDX-WM300 you do have adjusters. Best thing to do is pull brake drum, and watch the shoes as you rotate the upper adjusters all the way in (they turn opposite directions). Be sure not to turn them past the cam stop, as you will rotate the shaft right out of the cam and have to get it welded back together (I did this!). Pull the return spring and swing the shoes to the side and you will see what I mean.
Do the same with the lower adjusters (lower have lock nuts on them). Note which way your turning the bolt for in and out!
Then put the drum and wheel back on (tight), and while spinning the wheel rotate each lower adjuster out until you just here the shoe rub. Do the same with each upper adjuster. Note that you may need to back off the lower adjuster as the upper one is run out. You should never have any binding or difficulty rotating the wheel at any point. If the drum is a little out of round it is not a big deal.
