Hey Dave. It worked for a couple of years (as has every method I have tried) and then it started weeping again. I call it weeping as there is just enough to make a bit of a mess and leave a silver dollar spot on the concrete when the case is hot after driving, but not enough to call it a steady dip. And, the fluid level never goes down noticeably. Every couple of years, I may have to add an ounce.
If it ever gets bad enough to cause me to warrant the effort to fix it (again), next time I will weld up the grooves on the yokes and turn them back down to specs instead of installing Speedi Sleeves. I suspect that it is not so much the depth of the grooves, as the sleeves are correcting that problem, as out-of-round surfaces gradually wearing out the seals.
