Usually if the glass goes up crooked it often means the winder mechanism needs adjusting. Also the guides help a lot, looks like the one on the front edge of the strip needs replaced as well. You have to pull all the old track guides out to put the new ones in, not sure how they are held in the USA doors, the Australian doors have little clips built into the door frame you bend over into slots in the channel to hold it.
