Bean is a bourbon and NOT a scotch, and all scotch is made is Scotland, not America. But if you like Maker's Mark, which is a wheated bourbon, try Larceny, which is a wheated bourbon made by Heavan Hill, which is still owned by the same family in Louisville, KY with a Bean as the head distiller.
Last fall we did a motorcycle trip and rode the bourbon trail visiting the Marker Mark, Wild Turkey, Heavan Hill, Willit, Woodford Reserve and other distilleries. It would be a wonderful location for a PW rally too...
