I do not know the diameter of the 8.25s to do the calculation.
Also you need the larger diameter tires on the 5.83 axle as it turns fewer times with each engine RPM. The tires on the 5.83 axle need to be 119% bigger than the ones on the 4.89 axle to make the tires travel the same distance with each RPM of the engine.
So if you have 11 X 16 tires (38" diameter) on the 5.83 axle you need 38/1.19 = 31.9 inch tires on the 4.89 axle.
