Wrist pin bushings - replace?

Hi all,

I am putting new pistons in my 230, so I will have new wrist pins. Regarding the pin bushings - I can't find much discussion of these things, and the only reference I can really is in the Army manual says to fit the pin with a "tight thumb push fit".

So, who's thumb? How tight is tight, and how critical is this for a "freshening up" rebuild (rings, bearings)? Is this something I should worry about?

I also get the impression that this is something that should be done at a machine shop?
