Oil bath air cleaner screw

I just received a oil bath air cleaner via/ eBay and where the screw is that holds the cleaner to the carb, there's a stud with a thumb screw end for ease of removal . This looks stock does anyone have this? It was listed under 52 to 60 dodge 230
