Defroster vent

I have one of the vent nozzles on the truck, but need another. Anyone got 1 extra one? 48 B-1.. Also, what do you guys use for the ducting from the heater to the defrost vents? My heater has a square outlet on the side. Then is there a wye or something to split to the vents?
