thats a good deal considering almost all of the parts are there. midwest military has the missing bumper brackets. i was fortunate to find a friend with a m37 in his junkyard. paid 300 for the winch and then had to purchase all other parts piece by piece and rebuild. memphis equipment had some of the shaft parts.
