NP435 vs NV4500

If it were you doing a V8 Motor what would you personally choose? The more expensive NV4500 or the cheaper NP435 full sychro. The Dodge NP435's seem kinda rare. I found a couple on ebay but not much out there overall. Im guessing NP435's might be easier.
