There she is. I'm not taking the engine out, it was painful enough getting the radiator out. Everything is welded to everything else, so I ended up cutting the inside bolts for the radiator shell and lifting it out that way.
But it does appear to be a pretty easy way to work on it, very comfy indeed.
The pistons are marked 040, so it has been bored out a bit. I only did a very quick look and feel, but there doesn't seem to be much of a ridge at the top of the cylinder, but I need to look around some more.
Unfortunately I broke 3 head bolts off taking them out with an impact wrench. Need to see how to take care of that.
Anyway, two steps forward, one step back.
