Like Tim said, a little more info needed. That said here are a few options but it depends on what you have.
You can run a mixing valve as pictured here. I have one of these that feed the radiant floor heat in my garage floors as you don't want the water too hot going in. Installed a temp guage so I can dial it in.
Hot water comes from bottom, cold from top. You can see the guage where it has been mixed on the left. There are 2 zones in the garage that I can keep at different temps with thermastats. When the thermastat calls for heat, Their pump kicks on.
My outdoor wood boiler's circulator pump runs constant as I heat my domestic hot water with a sidearm heat exchjanger. Boiler is set to keep water at 178 as a low, 185 at the high.
