To my boot customers- shift knob removal, vs. lace up boot??

Historically, lots of guys have problems removing their shift knobs. So to date, I've made my boot kits with a lace up system to slip over the knobs. PITA for me, and more leaky of air for you, but easier install if you have a hard time unscrewing your knobs.

So, what do past and potential customers think?
