your wiper seals are shot, the inner axle seals may be leaking as well. just replacing the wiper seals and cleaning up the ball surface will sometimes contain it if your inner axle seals are only slightly leaking. the wiper seals are supposed to be changed evey 4000 miles or so I seem to rmemeber reading in the manual. but no one ever does it that often. If you dont feel like pulling everything down for inspection maybe just replace the wiper seals and grease the knuckles by the book. Jack wheel up nad check for play in trunion bearings, if good run it
