Not sure it's the one you need, but there's one on Ebay now: 400611609455. Kind of expensive though, to my way of thinking, but unless you are ready to troll the Pick-A-Parts where you can sometimes find them for a few bucks, you may have trouble getting one.
Otherwise, put a "Saved Search" in Ebay for one.
