See now I thought changing a tire on a combat is easier. Sure theres more bolts, but no spring loaded ring to fight with. Just undo the bolts and slide the ring off, slide the tire off, slide a new one on and re bolt. I see the ease of them, no need to take the rim off the truck to replace a tire.
I would LOVE to have the actual bead locks for my combats, but with the condition of my rims, Id guess the locks disintegrated years ago. Ive only seen them at Vaughn's place. He's got em for his combats. I would guess they are very few and far between, as they probably rusted away long ago
