It's more common to find a winch without a handle than with one. As a consequence, original, complete setups are hard to find.

Vintage Power Wagon frequently sells new old stock handles on Ebay. They must have a pile of them. But, the rest of the assembly if hard to find. VPW does sell a reproduction assembly, but I don't know about the quality.
