Isn't Sub Zero supposedly a high end (quality and $) appliance line?
A customer of mine who is an appliance repairman said that just about all the appliances are junk now -all cosmetics and no quality in the guts.
The Factory Rep had a lot of gall to say what he did, and I like the fact you questioned the owner...
