helitool v8 kit

hi. considering a v8 kit in my command car. truck has crash box tranny with the parking brake on the back. transfer is single speed with no parking brake on it. one of the reasons to go v8 would be to put in a 4 speed or 5 speed. with no winch, i could go 435 or np 540 without pto window. how do i handle parking brake issue? Can you put the np 420 stuff on the back of a 435? thoughts???
