I hate giving up but I do not have a torch and the amount of force a mini sludge will deliver should have budged it. I really want to know why it is stuck as this will teach me more about this type of shaft design. I am going to visit the local drive shaft shop and see what they say about removing it I do not want to buy a custom built drive shaft and stick to original type. I think you can get a full NOS one from vintage power wagons and I have seen some on ebay
