Depending on brands.
And time, lots of time.
I once had 40 hours into a cab, doing the fun welding repairs and raising dents. Then I junked it when I got to the PITA and severe floor.
Anyway, a full resto takes from 600-1,000 hours, most on the body, depending on the condition you start with. I start with cheap, pretty bad trucks. So 1,000 without getting into drivetrain o/hauls.
A couple diy tips- Use the Light bondos, it's much harder, and doesn't plug paper as bad. They call it Light, but it only saves 10%, about one pound per gallon can. Cost more, but pays for itself in paper and time.

Darn, I wish I could do a better job of blocking in. I guess I work too hard, but not long enough.
Minimum good guns have adjustment for air and paint both. What I learned about spraying was in furniture making, starting with the cheapests Sear gun. But over the years of swap meet shopping, 's all Devilbiss now. But it ain't the tool, it's the worker.
It's nice, and efficient to get a perfect application, but runs and dry patches can be wet sanded and touched up. Go for it.
