I am sure its a tie. Both are not true to the heart of the reason we love these tough old trucks and if there was a better choice that was not a STA product like grave digger NDT's or flat spotting Coyote's in a 900x16 that is a radial and not $450 each. I would be the first in line.
I am at this point leaning towards the Yellow Sea radials.
If you have run the XZL's on a early Dodge then you know nothing can match them they are way over built heck they even have steel belted sidewalls.
I want to run my original split rims and do not want to go wider than 900 and I am shopping around for a good tire and since XZL's are unobtanium and I have found nothing else that's a radial and 900x16.
I have very few choices and its tragic but the Chinese are filling in the gaps where American companies are dropping the ball.
I have even given some thought to either Stockton wheel or Marsh racing Wheels to go to a tubeless metric 16 inch radial from Goodyear tire like the surplus MTR's but after looking at the disc wheels they just are not my taste. I like the look of the original Budd's and the combat's.
Any ideas please share I am all about keeping Americans employed and my truck true red, white and blue.
