Overdrive for Power Wagons

Just read the June issue of Power wagon Advisor article on the Denman overdrive; does anyone have experience with the results and performance of this unit, my 53 BPW-3 is maxxed out at 43 mph with the engine screaming at its governed limits and could use some help, I want to keep it original or as close to it as possible
