Don't know about your brake adjustment but I had a similar prob w/ my m37 brakes dragging. All brake parts were new except return springs when I bought the truck. I replaced them with NOS springs and that did the trick. Now they work great. I'd try the return springs for the drag. Good luck on you adjustmentment. KH
