the 9in rim is probably the min width
325mm section width is about 13inchs
as an OLD tire man
I always used the michelin mounting guides
rims, tubes, flaps, etc...
it can also be a liability issue
if you have any questions contact michelin

Never mount because someone told you it worked on his uncles whatever
