i got it to work-- at least when i checked it. i have truly entered the new age. the first 2 photos show my truck helping me hoist a stair platform that i built on the ground to its upright position. i winched the platform upright by running the cable through the barn door on the front through the window on the back of the barn-- which i converted into another door. i should have taken moving pics of the platform rising. the amish would be jealous. the other photos are of ray's perfectly executed disc conversion. they were a true bolt on pleasure. thanks
